MW2: This game is REALLY awesome. It has a great campaign and an awesome special ops mode. With this game's campaign, you can really get a cool feeling out of it, and it's really fast paced through the whole thing, especially the special ops mode, which includes a HUGE variety of challenges which you and a buddy can go through. The challenges are great, but some of them are just ridiculous. I don't mean ridiculous as in how they play, i mean it in how hard they are. For example, on the mission set charlie, there is a level called "big brother" and you have one friend in a bada** Vulcan Minigun with explosive rounds flying safely above the battle in a helicopter, while the other person is running down the street with randomly picked up guns, dodging tons of fire and trying to get to the checkpoint in a small time period. Now, this sounds decently easy with the Mounted Minigun, but on veteran, which eventually people will want to do, it's IMPOSSIBLE because the teammate on the ground gets killed in 2 shots and the minigun can't stay in one place at a time, so it's constantly moving and can't see guys just running down the street. Now i may have exaggerated a bit, but in the end it's really difficult and unfair to the person on the ground. In the multiplayer, you have a wide variety of guns, and to tell you the truth, they are all decently balanced and all can be used fairly. Unfortunately, there are some downsides to this. The secondary weapons in this game are WAY too overpowered, such as the model 1887's were, and the weapons can be extremely inconsistent. For example, you take your Pump-action shotgun and blast someone away with one shot at aboot 20 meters, and then another dude comes up to you, and you have to hit him 3-4 times before he goes down and he is 5 meters away from you. Also, like any multiplayer game, there are glitchers, and people have been doing infinite care-package glitch which gives them infinite random killstreaks and is really annoying. oh yeah, and customizable killstreaks are amazing because they give you a much wider range to the game. CoD: World at War: Now, already I'm going to have a bias against this game, because Treyark is a very... let's just say "Non-Responsive" game company when it comes to glitches. Basically i've been stuck in a glitch where is get's rid of all my beginner stuff, and for my first about 20 levels, (After I got reset from a level 40 2nd prestige) all i could use was the basic pistol, and 2 bolt action rifles, and every game i joined, it made this big red text show up to everyone, which made it look like i was hacking. Several Hundred people and I have been trying to appeal to Treyark, but they are still "Non-Responsive". But, being past that, the single player is fun, and it really puts you into the action, and even has a few hidden items which make the campaign a lot of fun. Unfortunately, the campaign doesn't really put me in that emotional aspect that it should have. The Nazi-Zombies mode, which is a LOT OF FUN, is REALLY fun to play with your friends, because it is fun watching how you battle against hordes of zombies in an abandoned building, or a zombie factory, and much more. All in all, i think the Nazi Zombies idea was an AMAZING idea, and they should still keep releasing packages with new maps. On the downside, World at War's multilayer is really... unfair. there are basically only a few guns which are extremely good, and the rest are just the ones you complete if you are a good gamer, and want to completely finish the game. Also, there are some extremely cheap spots which you are basically invisible in, and if you use a suppressor, all you have to do is sit there and you are unstoppable. But, I love WaW because it has really good integration with the bolt-action rifles, and i think it's awesome how they start you from the bare rifle. Also it's fun exploiting some of the glitches on this game, only because they are impossible to do online. Like the bayonet lunge where you lunge at an enemy over something, and you are sent flying on top of a roof or something. it's fun. Basically, it's impossible to judge which one is better, because they are two different time periods for the game. Now, i don't like WaW's voice acting, cuz it blows, but that's only a small accessory to the real gameplay, which all in all, is your call. I play MW2 more often cuz I like it better, and I'd be happy to help you through those pain in the a** missions, cuz me and my friends took some time and figured em out. In the end I can't decide which game you should play, but I fu#kin love Nazi Zombies, and I love MW2, and i'd love to kick some a$$ on either of those. And if you don't have room on your friends list and still wanna be able to play with people who are on here, just make a new account, call it "CraftNation's_Tag" and add it so people can send friend requests to it, and inv you sometimes. I mean, if you just don't wanna be bothered by people then don't do it, or just remove the annoying people. And ya know what? I liked both but both are getting relatively old, I recently traded in Call of duty WAW. MW2 is still in my possesion i understand the 10 people are already filled and you have prolly played threw each campaign modes, But if you ever wanna run threw it again (MW2) or do some spec ops mission i'll be glad to drop some bodys with you. All of MW2's weapons are capable of getting kills at any time; every gun is accurate and they all fire from the hip equally. However in World @ War the submachine guns are the only guns that had high damage and a high rate of fire (especially from the hip) which made all of the other guns bad by comparsion. If they could have added a higher rate of fire to the STG-44, DP-28, and BAR ,and the Trench Gun and PPSH-41 got a damage increase this would have made World @ War a better game instead of players just using the Tommy Gun, and MP40.
